[personal drama] best friend was diagnosed with a differential dx of aplastic (hyperplasia) anemia and iron-deficiency anemia.

Due to issues regarding language barriers she has aplastic (hyperplasia) anemia at the age of 32. Iron-deficiency anemia is easily ruled out due to lowered normal amount of iron that doesn't correlate to an iron-deficiency. It's cancer. I don't really even need to see the CBC+D ferritin or vitamin D. Frick me, I love her to death and it's terrible news.
