Due to issues regarding language barriers she has aplastic (hyperplasia) anemia at the age of 32. Iron-deficiency anemia is easily ruled out due to lowered normal amount of iron that doesn't correlate to an iron-deficiency. It's cancer. I don't really even need to see the CBC+D ferritin or vitamin D. Frick me, I love her to death and it's terrible news.

No. I'm still waiting on the full review of bone marrow aspirate. I know it's present and a bad prognosis dependent on the path smear that likely would have similar prognosis.
