There's a house I pass by my on my way to work. It's in a very affluent neighborhood. Every house has a Harris sign in the yard. This one has like 20 Trump signs. Not Trump/Vance 2024, but full on boomer schizo Trump/Jesus signs, Trump's assassination attempt picture, you know bad evangelical boomer art of Trump. It's just popped up this weekend. It's pretty bad that I can't tell if it's some lib's bad idea of Halloween decorations, or a genuinely unhinged rightoid boomer's shrine to Daddy. Either way it's Trump derangement syndrome manifest.

My brother lives in a nice neighborhood. But it's full of 65+ year olds that are fairly well off. All the liberals have the same Harris sign, placed the same way next to their mailbox, nothing else. All the Trump nazi's have 2-3 signs plus additional tacky Trump related decorations. He may be the only one in the whole neighborhood with no signs.
We changed his WiFi name to "Biden is the best" or something lol. Now there are like 12 pro trump WiFi networks.

But yeah this go round there some really unhinged yard art out there. I took a little road trip last weekend, gotta say, seeing a bunch of old campers/wagons/trailers out in an empty field spray painted to say Trump 2024 and FJB! really sways opinion. The Trump Halloween decorations are the progressoid version of the Heck house that the evangelical weirdos would put on to get kids to not celebrate Halloween when I was a kid.

They still did halloween stuff. Most houses had long tubes/pipes that ran from the porch/front door down near the sidewalk. So the trick or treating kid would be like "I want a kit kat" and the guy giving out candy would toss a kit-kat down the tube. The tubes were decorated and stuff so the candy would come out of a skull or whatever.
