Nothing says, I'm a college graduate like presenting a graph as is without any interpretation and information. 600 applications, in what fields? What kind of jobs? What salary? How well did these jobs suit your profile? Can you grade them on your "enthousiasm" to be able to work for them? What are you a graduate in? I mean I assume it's probably some techy field because they use that stupid data-tool that has been reposted a gazillion times on r/dataisbeautiful.

Some people really think that just throwing their resumΓ© at a person is enough to get the job. Saying the right shit during an interview and looking like you mean the shit that you say -even if it's the biggest pile of bullshit you ever heard coming out of your mouth- can land you a nice 20$ an hour job with benefits without a college degree. But the most effort a redditor wil put in to the question "So why do you want to work here?" is an akward half-assed attempt at humor "Haha, th-the money, I guess?"
