I assume that's how The Onion could afford it. It's technically an asset, but it's not exactly valuable without him.

Yeah considering they said they won't be selling supplements, the only value the property has is advertising dollars on old videos and articles. Ads that almost 100% were tied to supplements and his store.

So basically it's valueless besides a well-known brand from which to build a totally new content site off of.
