Joan doesn't want an stalker on rdrama but Carp thinks the doxing & harrasment should be forgiven after 2 years. The discussion started on groomercord, and ended here. Joan's referendum decided that the stalker will be allowed on rdrama if they post bussy, and Carp forgave a couple of NAMBLA shills.
