yeah tbh I never do more than a small amount of salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme. garlic is a good idea. i'll try that tyvm

I put rosemary & thyme on chicken, but I'm not a fan of it on beef. Don't forget to melt a nice chunk of butter on your steak too. Even better if you make compound butter. :marseylickinglips:
