I majored in chemistry and I'm functionally r-slurred. I took biochem and the labs.

Just remember that organic chemistry is the root of all the stuff you'll learn in biochemistry, especially the second half when you learn a lot do variations on a theme of reactions.

You see them play out verbatim in how enzymes work in biochemistry.

But one step at a time. Finish what's on your plate now and stay positive.
