bring down tempratures? why specifically that metric

Because that's the metric governments were focused on in regards to "climate change"

ignoring the fact another point of carbon taxation is to raise revenue to respond to climate change related disasters.

Post examples of this. Where is this carbon emergency tax fund for the california wildfires? You'd think a liberal bastion like California would have one, right?

How can you not follow what is being said here??

A) does this brand of taxation reduce emissions?

B) would reducing emissions slow the increase of global temperatures?

it has raised over 28 billion dollars for california. the wildfires have caused some 250 billion dollars in damage, and yes some of the money california has is in fact in the budget.

You're the only one that's struggling with "rising global temperatures" as the main talking point for fighting climate change. Why is this difficult for you?

it has raised over 28 billion dollars for california

Yeah, for taking gas cars off the road.

So not even the right thing.

Common swing and a miss, pizza.

thats literally not even what that says lmao:

wiped out emissions equivalent to taking 80% of the state's gas cars off the road.

Yes, some of the money has gone to climate projects.

I asked cite where funds were used for climate emergencies since thats what you said they were used for and you failed to do so. You failed the assignment. Grade: F

dude what are you even smoking, do you honestly not even read anything you link?

Wildfire prevention: CCI has funded CAL FIRE for projects that ease the impacts of climate change by mitigating wildfire. Examples include hazardous fuels reduction to mitigate catastrophic wildfire, forest health and resilience projects that restore degraded forests impacted by wildfire, pests and disease and educating the community about how their actions make a difference in reducing wildfire risk.

one of the things funded is literally wildfire prevention.

Also prevention is not an emergency response. prevention would not require a emergency response, silly. Still F.

does cali have an emergency response fund?

Sure it does, but not for what you think. :marseysmug2:

And none of them from carbon taxes, which was the original argument you made.

Anyway I'm winding down can you at least just pick one thread and stick with it?
