Reminder that anyone who says that servers need tips to make above minimum wage is a con artist.
By law if they dont make enough tips the business is required to pay the difference so that they make minimum. Tipping culture is ONLY a benefit for them and is a long running grift so they can rake in as much undeserved money as possible.
Millions of people work in service just as hard if not harder for minimum wage with no tips, tipped servers are just entitled
