The authorities got informed after people realized that there were a lot of cars visiting from all over Germany. The doctor was busted and and won't be able to work as a doctor ever again.
Now the typical German part: The police raided around 100 people that visited said doctor. They confiscated smartphones and vaccination cards. And on top they took blood samples to test if they have actual anti bodies. They also will be fined for instigating fraud.

Those persons could have started 100 outbreaks in 100 villages around the country.
To be safe the authority needs to sterilize their entire proprieties, burn them to the ground and then salt the land so that no covid infected vegetation can grow in the future. Also those outlaws need to be put in prison and be forced to take the vaccine. Also contact trace all the potential people those 100 bastards and TEST THEM ALL FOR COVID-19. PEOPLE CAN DIE FOR THIS RECKLESS BEHAVIOUR. THE HOSPITALS WILL BE OVERWHELM
