I'm out of sympathy for people who decide to kill themselves in slow motion. If it happened where no one else was affected, sure. But these people waste valuable resources, the energy of health care workers, and will be a big reason why cost of health care will accelerate. That's exactly it, right? Covid shit has already taken a mental toll on a lot of people. Then they lose someone close to them and are hurting and these people can't simply leave them alone to grieve, they have to rub their faces in it.
Fauci saying, "I am the science" was fricking creepy. That dude BOTCHED the handling of HIV. He lied about masks and then admitted that he lied so that the plebs wouldn't buy up all the masks. He lied about herd immunity. He funded the fricking lab that Covid leaked from. The research that lab was doing was illegal in the USA due to how potentially disastrous it could be, so we fricking funded it in fricking China?
The clampdown against "misinformation" that later ended up being true was Orwellian. Because Trump was President, this was politicized from the beginning. Any possible "treatment" for the disease seemed to make people unreasonably angry. Why? Yes, vaccines are important...but so was TREATMENT for people who actually got the disease and will continue to get it because it's pretty clear that this thing is going to be around awhile.
If Trump had won I believe we'd be looking at a situation where it was the left who was not trusting the vaccines. If Trump did the things Biden has done to try to compel people to vaccinate, there would have been riots in the streets. If Trump was President and there was a subreddit dedicated to mocking people who refused the dangerous Trump vax and died of Covid it would have lasted a month, tops, before reddit shut it down.
Why does the rest of the world have the option of a traditional vaccine that was not developed using the products of abortion and we, in the USA, do not? Why were the mrna vaccines pushed and something like the Chinese version based on old principles for vaccines simply ignored here?
