I remember watching a “documentary” in high school where this guy wanted to see if he could induce lactation just by simulating what it would be like to be pregnant. He carried around extra weight in front, ate baked beans in the morning to induce morning sickness (and what I remember most vividly), and did other wacky things to trick his body. Ultimately, us high schoolers got to see some milk shoot out of his titty!

Long story short, if you want to lactate as a dude do it like a fricking man
