[suggestion] no longer make comments move posts up ranks on the front page

The spam of slots comments are moving posts with otherwise little interaction onto the front page and sustaining them there. Not conducive to discussion of drama. @Aevann @carpathianflorist

Besides me and hotep nobody else has even made significant gains, and hundreds have lost a ton. It's actually kinda sad.
