You realize that percentiles are what matter, not the raw score right? Colleges don’t just look at a random number and let you in. They admit based off published percentiles for each testing date, then make sure you’re the right race and cried enough on the essay.

I think that it is irony? That the internet has/had so much potential to allow people to be smarter, on the average, but yet every sign points to that on the average it seems to be making society dumber.

Excessive online activity is making society dumber as a whole. Even when more than half of the world's population has access to a literal library of all of human knowledge in their hand, it seems to be making people dumber. People waste their usage of it, it's just like any powerful tool. Not everybody should have access.
