Now that more that 1/2 the site has serious gambling addictions it's come time, naturally, that users will need to rely on Shylocks to feed their filthy degenerate gambling habits.

I'd like to propose that there be some way for users to front coin to gambling degens with interest and the ability to break kneecaps of users who don't pay in time - maybe Shylocks can hit derelicts with pizzashill or agendapost award.

It's just the natural progression of things now that gamblings been introduced and as a non-degen myself I maybe would mind getting into the Shy business.
