In support of their argument that they aren't advocating trickle down economics, they say




That's a whole other issue. Who talked about raise? A benefit isn't necessarily monetary. Bobby, Joe and Sally will not benefit directly or immediately from that, but they will as their community gets more prosperous and as it set a precedent.




So the benefits, which won't be seen immediately, will "trickle down" to Bobby, Joe, and Sally?
