Bluecollars never complain about their job, almost to a fault unless theres some political nonsense at play. At that point, they take direct action until they get their way. They focus on their immediate problems directly. Nobody on the internet is going to help them.

What i was expecting was a lot of call center/customer service types. Id 100% have a much better time agreeing with a movement when their leadership is comprised of low pay people staffed entirely to listen to complaints with zero benefits and a high volume of issues/tickets, not even some kind of "mental health" type clown on site to listen to their problems. Youd be shocked how many of those jobs will fire you for using the bathroom outside of breaktime.

In leaf land, "financial advisors" and "financial advisers" are two separate things. One has actual education, is subject to regulation and owes a fiduciary duty to their clients, the other is a desk jockey making $20/hr whose job is basically "bank teller but they shill for shitty high-fee investment products". Presumably these guys are the latter.
