I'm suing @Joan_Wayne_Gacy for failure to deliver

Unable to load image

As evidenced by the attached screenshot, I have paid @Joan_Wayne_Gacy (hereafter referred to as "the plaintiff") a sum of 3,000 DCN in exchange for a guide on not being scammed.

To date, I have received no guide. I have attempted to contact the plaintiff to no avail.

I am seeking restitution in the amount of 3,250 DCN plus court costs (+20% tip)
