If someone invented a word for it, it's probably because that word describes how they feel. People have many different relationships to attraction, and in a world of billions of people, I don't see why this wouldn't be one such relationship.
If someone put in the time to make the word then of course it's a real thing.
aegosexuality is a real and valid sexuality under the ace umbrella. there is also aegoromantic for people who experience this with romance.
Real and valid! We need to spread awareness and make sure that people know that animesexuals are a valid thing under this umbrella!
