You can buy a visa gift card in cash and pay with that.
But also the payment processor (Gumroad) is separate from the site, they don't get your details. But if you want to be super safe you can do the gift card route

Like yes they'd be able to see the country you're from. But getting more specific info they'd have to hax gum road and then hax the bank or something, much harder to do that than to just convince your internet provider to give them your location from that IP address.
