You need to realize that being a rightoid is like living in the invention of lying universe. They're ignorant and proud to be ignorant, they don't know what most words even mean, they either lack the ability or decide against any kind of critical thought or factual analysis of a single thing they believe. I used to have a rightoid q-anon account and I'd just write the most absurd, pulled out of my butt drivel you could possibly imagine and it'd just be taken at face value as true. Someone playing devils advocate and might come along and say "now pizzashill, you're talking about Q-tips here, not just rightoids" and I'd respond: the same fricking thing is true of the average conservative. I spend a lot of time involved in local elections and shit and the right-wing propaganda that takes place down here is equally as absurd as Q-anon propaganda. I have seen local dems running for office photo shopped into ISIS outfits, literal stormfront propaganda handed out (fake racial crime statistics) etc. I had a rightoid last week in a wealthy area tell me that Hillary Clinton was currently in a secret prison awaiting trial. Don't believe me? Go to any hardcore conservative internet forum and just post random crazy bullshit that sounds conservative and watch see how easy it is. I call it Limbaugh law: you can assume the exact opposite of whatever a rightoid says is true and you will be correct at least 95% of the time.
