Holy frick I never want to deal with doctors again.

I conceded with my colleagues on t(11;14) mantle cell leukemia in CLL/SLL because it’s cheap in comparison to the rest of the testing. I asked that we increase our lymphoma panel to include Burkitt’s t(8;14) and possible t(14;18). Got rightfully told to frick off but the paths are being a god darn nightmare.

During a bone marrow biopsy, a nurse that fricked up a previous procedure was in the room. End result was a 5mL tap instead of a full tap due to her interference. If followed correctly without her it should’ve allowed 10ml that would get path, flow T1 and cyto and possible GMS
