The picture is uptown which is more β€œlocal” or in the know people. By local I mean you have a friend from New Orleans that has a spot


If you are lucky that spot exactly exists. The absolute best way to do Mardi Gras, is to know someone with house on or within a few blocks of the route. If not lot of the time You end up just bouncing around drinking beer looking to post up or looking for somewhere to piss


It does suck for OP cause these kids are all doing coke and finding spots to piss.
