I finally got a booking with a psych a couple weeks back and they texted me saying I had to reschedule it which requires me to call them back up. I still haven't. I'm not sure if I will.
It takes me days, maybe even weeks, to mentally prepare myself for shit. If I don't have at least a few days notice for events I just won't go to them.

I called up the doc regarding an ADHD diagnosis earlier this year and they put me through this useless video call. After a little more research it looks like you have to put a load of effort into getting a diagnosis in the UK (basically go private or die r-slurred) so I CBA.
