You get a perma and you can appeal it. Then it gets overturned. He probably will get it overturned unfortunately. The Wife Beater got like 3 permas overturned.

If you get one of those, your page doesn't divert to a "this user is suspended" notice. This notice only appears if the suspension is permanent.

You know someone got a perma when you get this screen. If someone gets a three day (or whatever, I've gotten a 2 week) it's temp and you don't get this screen.
