No, this situation is way more complicated than that. Ukraine and Russia combined export a very big percentage of the world supply. And as a staple food crop, this is a big deal. More important even than oil.

Staple food crops don't need to be disrupted, on top of the already existing wheat shortage and the global economiic fragiliity.
