lol, there might be. I've heard it second hand, but I think there's a lot of train drama around mastodon because I think that's what they forked into the fediverse shit, or maybe mastodon can be federated. I really don't know much about what's going on there, other than trans developers of mastodon like open source software and networks until people they don't like use them (many such cases). I can try to look into this person, but no promises because I'm going to bed soon.
E: nothing on the farms with that username, not even any real github contributions to mention
biggest thing on the internet with that name is a 3 follower twitch handle with a gender nonconforming pfp/background.
My guess is it's someone smart enough to not connect their github to other online shit.

Masto was unrelated to
s but attracted them because it had half decent blocking and harrassment features. It's used ActivityPub (de jure Fediverse protocol) for a while and is the biggest Fedi platform. Right on the count of them now sperging when "nazis" use the platform. There's a alternative stack, Pleroma, that has a bad rap in some circles for being "nazi adjacent" lol
There is so much micro-drama on the Fedi that's really hard to keep track of just due to how Mastodon and friends present pages when your not "logged in".

no. lol, the only coding I do is for personal efficiency/projects. I have no idea how github is organized, much less that it could be a tumblr page.
If you really want it dug into, do it yourself, but that specific username seems to be pretty specific to github per 10 minutes of searching KF/different search engines. I have no investment here, so paddle your own canoe if you want to make it go.
