I honestly believe the surgeon should have advised against a rhinoplasty on this occasion.

It’s too soon to know, but I think it was unethical for your surgeon to perform this operation on you. I agree with the comments about being patient and getting therapy for your self image issues and anxiety.

Oh no. I thought the before picture was after the surgery I was thinking that it looked great. I’m so sorry. You really didn’t need to do anything. Hopefully and I think your nose will drop some eventually so it won’t look as flat. It looks like you ask did a face lift? Or some lift by the eyebrows? It looks super tight and stretched. I’m so sorry. I think things will get better in time and I’m sure you can do a revision on your nose. Was your surgeon board certified?
