it's probably a browser/device ban. If you're worried about IP hard reset your router or use a vpn. To get around device bans set up Ubuntu in a virtual machine and log in there.

If you're going the VM route, virtual box is pretty easy, just ping me if you need help. Ubuntu iso (virtual disc) is here: https://ubuntu.com/download/desktop
For the VM just make 20+ GB virtual hard disc and besides that it's pretty easy going.

So i thought i had it all setup but when i try to launch the virtual machine i get this error, any ideas? Not sure what i mlooking for when i google for help

Not sure what that means, tbh. Is the error from VirtualBox (like a popup) or inside VBox?
It might just be easier for me to write a guide for setting one up

The error is a popup- i start the virtual machine, it works for a brief second and then the popup appears, i followed a decent guide on youtube ill try again and see if i missed any steps or anythuing

Like Dramamine said, you need to get into BIOS (when the computer starts up, you press F1, F8, or whatever it is for your motherboard model). Then you go to something like CPU settings and enable virtualization (VT-x). Can't be more useful than that without knowing what your motherboard is.
Windows by default skips that option while booting up, so there's an option buried within Windows that lets you "boot to BIOS."

These people are saying it may be a BIOS setting that allows you to allocate more than 3GB of memory to a VM? So you might have to mash some keys on startup and change a motherboard setting or change the setting in Vbox to make the memory less than 3072 MB
