Polygon scrapes the bottom of the barrel with incoherent drunkpost consisting of Alice in Wonderland quotes next to Elden Ring screenshots

Idk if there's even drama (comments just seem vaguely confused) but let's just laugh at games journ*lism

Iโ€™ve personally compared โ€œgoing hollowโ€ in Dark Souls to living with depression, and other critics have compared its doomed world to the experience of living under capitalism.

Iโ€™m pretty sure this same author used to cover e-sports at Kotaku maybe? Also I think she (?) did some write up on her experience taking some sort of โ€œg*mer pillsโ€ which made her shit or something weird like that. Anyway foid e-sports games โ€œjourn*listโ€. Make of that what you will.

Im not going to read this whole thing but

Iโ€™d much rather tell you Aliceโ€™s story through the lens of the Lands Between. After all, itโ€™s plain to see that the smoking caterpillar and smiling Cheshire cat would fit in just fine in Elden Ring

So they havent actually played dark souls and realized that there is a cheshire cat character in the series already. Even though they talk about analyzing "going hollow" they haven't even experienced the game?
