Yoyoing is also because people don't understand that you have to permanently make changes to your diet. Yes it will suck because your idea of full is permanently thrown off, but you cannot go back to how you were eating before and expect to stay at the same weight.

I honestly don't understand how it even happens. When I started eating less, my previous idea of "moderately hungry" became content, and what would have been"full" made me feel sick.
