Mostly yes, but in BB when Walt and Jesse kidnap Saul before he's their lawyer he says something about, "no lalo no, it wasn't me it was ignacio" or something like that.

So either Lalo is still alive or he dies and Saul doesn't know about it

That said I haven't seen any S6 yet, but I just assume everyone else dies. Including Kim.

Its been well established that people who want out will go into essentially criminal witsec.

Also people like Kim who arent in with the cartel can just walk away still pretty easily so its not guaranteed that she dies instead of just dumping jimmy.
