But they have to accept the deal and still have the Q coming up where netflix lost their butt, so isn't there a small area of absolutely free money for the people who know the stock is going to sink to netflix regions?

Elon has to buy your shares at an agreed upon price. That means the shares will be basically pinned to that price outside of small market inefficiencies.

Also, Twitter already accepted the Elon deal.
