I'm too neurodivergent for this shit. I get genuinely mad when people misuse words like 'based'. No, you zoomer strag, it doesn't mean "I agree with you", it means you don't care what people think, you're doing your own thing - it comes from 'freebased', as in 'high on freebase cocaine', which would make you less likely to give a shit about others opinions of you. Zoomers will never understand that a 'based r-slur' can exist.

The antonym of based is cringe, thus it follows that if you care too much about what others think of you and follow the crowd instead of making your own path, you are acting cringe.
