Why do they think big pharma is behind this? If weed is federally legalized, all the drug companies will just have their chemists, many of whom are some of the best in the world, working on making a max efficiency delivery system for their own trademarked optimized breed. Tobacco and alcohol companies also have the resources and would likely throw their hats in the ring as well.
