I made an account for @geese_suck and he got it working with mastadon on his computer (it's just a mastadon fork). Just need iPhone for registration but I can try and figure out how to do that via computer too if there is interest

It's just Mastodon, and we can get a valid access_token cookie from it so far using Treebird ( @nekobit ), but data transfer to client seems non-standard protocol. Probably not investing too much effort in since there'll be a proper site soon, despite possible benefits of first-mover advantage etc. Anyway, source is also available if you want to poke at it: https://help.truthsocial.com/open-source

I have not testing Mastodon's api with Treebird yet which also lies my doubts

Pleroma is backwards compatible with Mastodon's api, but with a bunch of extra stuff added as well. So it should work but it may be a bug.
