We really need more s*x ed in this country. R*pe accounts for nearly no abortions, let alone any late term abortions. I don't think r*pe usually results in pregnancy either. It's like they all think a drop of c*m is all it takes. All the victims must be hyper fertile and the perpetrators super virile LOL

Theoretically, if r*pe victims immediately went to the hospital after the event (the likelihood of this isn't as high as it should be), the hospital can go and clean her out, take samples, and prevent fertilization from even happening, or alternatively, giving plan b or something. But as always for various reasons unfortunately, this is usually not the case for victim.
