-Take your Corgi for frequent walks. Distracts you from hunger , you burn calories, and youβll be less hungry when youβre done than before you started.
-Donβt deprive yourself entirely of the fatass foods since youβre not on a diet, youβre on a new lifestyle. I no joke ate fast food 3 times a week if I was busy and didnβt feel like cooking. E.G. egg McMuffins are mostly decent protein at 300cals a pop.
I find that it's easier to not eat with cardio than lifting weights I guess because I still have adrenaline going, so I agree a lot with the walking thing.
I don't really diet either but give myself 1 day (saturday) to eat like total shit and not worry about calories so I eliminate cravings.
