Andy Peepee is the degenerate actor whose biggest role was probably in Newsradio (with Phil Hartman). People blame him for Hartman's death because he's the one who made Phil's wife relapse which led to her killing him. Andy Peepee is also an all-round butthole and got his butt kicked by Jon Lovitz. I don't know who the rest are. I think IP2 is just a place to watch literal crackheads act like crackheads.
