I heard billy strings and a few others’ performing a song about Ukraine, it’s always gonna be cringe bc they clearly have no clue what’s going on other than from what state media propaganda is saying. Makes me wonder if boomers of the 60s felt the same way about niel young and the like whining about Vietnam, but at least they had a reason to kvetch since they were being drafted into the MIC war. The folks singing about it now are just redditors looking for precious updoots
