Using the word “literally” is banned from /r/TheoryOfReddit. I urge you, no I implore you, to regularly use the word “literally” in a censored version as much as you can on /r/TheoryOfReddit

Yes, I am seething about this. But, using such a innocuous word on some random subreddit apparently causes even more seethe, which is why you should spam it excessively in their community.
