Pretty sure Netflix is in a death spiral by now.

IIRC they knew that everybody would pull their licensed stuff if Netflix (and streaming, by extension) got big enough in order to build their own service, so the plan was to establish themselves besides HBO with great originals.

That's doesn't seem to be working at all, and every cancelation loses them money they can't afford to lose.

I think there's going to be a reconsolidation at some point, because not many people outside Reddit are willing to shell out 12.99 times a dozen per month to subscribe to everything, but Netflix might well be gone before that
