We need to get tough on homelessness. If they want help, there's more than enough programs out there in CA that will help them. The ones you see out there begging and living in tents... they don't want help!

I’ve been saying this for a while. How can you help someone that doesn’t want to help themself?

Make there life as uncomfortable as possible instead of enabling them. Thats a start.
