Being food shamed at the family BBQ and having family members tell you to stop eating so much
Because she’s enjoying family time? If she’s eating until she’s full I don’t see the issue indulging at family occasions and gatherings is completely fine and you shouldn’t feel bad about it it’s your day to day habits that have to change if you want it
When you plan a BBQ you plan X amount of food for Y amount of people. If they are saying they always get called out for overeating they are being a pig, and eating more than their alloted plate, leaving others with less, or nothing.
What kind of cheap shit did you grow up with… every bbq I’ve ever been to has had way more food than required with hosts trying to send home left overs with the young families with kids.

The way I’ve been treated by others throughout my life. I’ve always been fat ever since I was a little kid, and it’s never been easy. People treat you like a walking joke, or worse, some sort of crime against humanity- just for existing in a fat body. I don’t do anything differently from my peers, I’m decently active and I eat well, but I’m treated as if I’m always doing something wrong.
Decently active? Do you work out or follow a gym regiment? Eat well? Have you had a nutritionist or someone tell you what you should be taking in?

I work out at least twice a week and I have consulted a doctor about my diet 👍 but nice job assuming lol
