This dude in the hospital reeked of piss and shit so incredibly badly I had to step outside and his stench lingered for like an hour after leaving. Idk how these people do it but they've got some big hearts. Poor man has issues.

When I worked downtown, there was one particularly aggressive homeless woman who was always covered in a tarlike substance(?) as she scurried around shrieking at people. Very wraithlike.
Her stench was so strong and unique that my coworkers and I would smell her around the corner and cross the street before she could get to us, lol
