Voting is nothing more than using the state ( a violent cartel) to exert your will upon other by force. Not only is it supremely unethical, as it initiates violence and thus breach the NAP. But it is also a bad way to run society, it effectively means (at best) some dude with the iq of 100 gets to decide how you or I should live.
The truth is, most if not all people know this deep inside. Wich is why they tend to secure rights they believe are important by extra democratic means. Look at how boomercons worship the second ammendment. Or how shutlibs lost their shit when it looked like the issue of abortion would get decided democratically for the first time in half a century.
