As a 6'2, 200lb brick shithouse w/BPD I can think of a few lessons I'd like to teach these dweebs.

6β2 at 200lb he can be fit or fat itβs hard to judge his true fitness lvl since legit 6β2 is good for cruiseweight (Usyk is around 6β2 and like all pro athletes bumps to 6β4)
Buuuut since itβs his walking weight than for fights he should drop to 180lb or less. My walking weight is 210-215 and when I have a competition I drop to 200.
