Actually explained in the title. It's a group of Russian (from Russia) nazis that went to Ukraine at the start of the war to fight against Putin and his evil genocidal regime. A type of a Soviet multi-role fighter. Russians have upgraded all of their remaining ones to various standards, but Ukrainians didn't, and still operate a few 80s-built standard 27s.
