I don't mind this. I like the NZ model that means no one born past 2008 will ever be able to buy cigarettes.
Smoking isn't really a free choice that people make themselves, it's just something that poor people get addicted to.

That is because we let foids get the right to vote. We just have a school shooting every now and then or talk about abortion to keep them focused on other things.

You have to switch it up every once in a while they don't have great attention spans. And you sprinkle in small court cases or murder mysteries like Johnny Depp or Gabby Petito (rip Brian Laundrie) to make it last longer. Just like they brought back up Roe v Wade they will eventually bring super predators back up.
